Through the trees at Deleval Hall
Seaton Delaval Hall is a Grade I listed building in Northumberland. Neither the Architect or the person it was built for lived to see it completed.
Admiral George Deleval, who owned the estate, was killed when he fell from his horse in 1723. Where he fell, and where he was dragged to, are marked with stone obelisks not far from the hall.
